I don't see why they wouldn't have trainer customization. They already have the character models and the customization mechanics from X and Y, all they have to do is add new clothing options, if anything i'm expecting an expansion of it.

Umm...how? It's a coelacanth. Prehistoric fish. Lots of room there for it to have been a badass in the past. Given the talk of a Primal Kabutops or Aerodactyl, which are actual fossil pokemon, I don't understand the joke...

Kubi Wrote:I really like Flygon too. All it lacks are the stats, but a Mega evolution doing just that is be a bit boring...

I'm not sure what changes and stuff they can give it to make it better or at least have some bigger niche that Garchomp doesn't have already. Being a dragon/ground with levitate is pretty good - resistant to stealth rock/immune to grounded stage hazards/thunderwave, STAB earthquake, resistances, and changing away the typing or ability can make it either unpredictable or nothing that appealing to worry about. Sand rush might help him, but would it be worth it lose Levitate?

Maybe it's just me, but from the looks on what GameFreak is doing ever since X/Y... It's like they're just gearing and distributing each Pokemon towards singles and double/triple/multi battles.

Might as well make Zangoose look like Sabretooth...?

But losing levitate would make dig use not be lulzy

MasPan Wrote:Is Primal Relicanth too much to hope for?

Ends up being the exact same as a normal Relicanth.

pretty sure the pokedex said that relicanth hadn't suffered any changes in millenias, relicanth in itself is pretty primal.

[COLOR="#cc8899"]Considering we have fossils hundreds of millions of years old, millennia isn't necessarily a significant length of time (depending on how old the planet is in Pokemon). Point taken, though again the same criticism would also apply to previous comments about Kabutops and Aerodactyl. If they can dream, so can I.

It has remained unchanged for 100 million years.

Ok, then there is no hope for rockfish to ever do or be anything more useful than it currently is. Boo.

Also of note, but not likely relevant. It does share the glowing lines of Kyogre/Groudon, though:
http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Primal_Dialga

Bulbapedia Wrote:[Image: 779px-Primal_Dialga_artwork.png]Primal Dialga (Japanese: やみのディアルガ Dark Dialga) is a Pokémon that appears in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. It is located at the pinnacle of Temporal Tower, and is the final boss of the game's main story line.

Primal Dialga is actually Dialga after losing control of its ability to control time due to the collapse of the Temporal Tower and changed to this form. In this form, it is also incapable of logical reasoning or showing mercy, only seeking self-preservation and preventing time from flowing properly. The player must return the Time Gears to the tower to restore the flow of time, calm down Dialga, and prevent the future where darkness rules.

Roller skates will probably be cut in OR/AS when acro/mach bike were confirmed. Since roller skates was pretty much a hybrid of those bikes. It would feel redundant.

Or because they're redundant in general? I mean, especially once I got my bike I rarely used my skates other than in Korrina's gym.

We also have a map of Hoenn.

Also, ORAS isn't a worldwide release like XY:

November 21st 2014 in Japan and North America
November 28th 2014 in Europe

It's probably intentional, because Sceptile is a reptile and part plant, so it can probably regrow its tail, but this really looks weird.

also holy pomegranate, Fortree city

Anyone else more excited for these remakes over x & y?

Hype overload

Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire announced - Pewsks - 2014-06-10

So is Primal Kyogre Water/Electric?
Also yeah I'm much more hyped for this then X and Y, and I was one of the people who didn't care for RSA remakes not too long ago.
