• Orchid's had a hectic time of things, and needs your help to get that nice, relaxing vacation to ring in the New Year.
  
• Requirements: Lv. 101 and above characters (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2).
  
• Accept the quest "[2023 New Year] Orchid's New Year Vacation" through the event notifier on the left side of the screen.
  
• Hunt 2,000 monsters within your level range (20 levels below and 20 levels above) to request and receive a hint mission.
  
• Hint quests are given by Orchid. Complete 1 quest per day, and receive daily rewards corresponding to the number of times the Daily Quests have been cleared.
  • The quests are shared with all characters within the world, and can be completed once a day per world.
    
  • This can be completed up to 5 times during the event period.
    
• Complete the Daily Quest 5 times to receive the "[2023 New Year] Orchid's New Year Special Gift" quest, and clear it to earn Special Rewards.

Event Details:

• The Puzzle Master event is back for the Ignition Flame Festival, and you can join two other Maplers and work on solving puzzles together!
  
• Requirements: Lv. 200 and above characters (Zero characters must have completed up to Chapter 2) that have completed the "[Ignition Flame Festival] World Best! Mister Ignition!" quest.
  
• You can participate either by clicking “Quick Start” or “Party Play” when speaking to Flame Spiegelmann in the Main Stage map.
  
• You can only use Quick Start if you are not in a party, and will be matched with 2 other players who are also participating via Quick Start.
  
• The game can be played with up to 3 players, and lasts for 30 minutes.
  
• There are a total of 3 stages and you need to complete a 20-piece puzzle in each stage.
  
• You can see the completed puzzle image in the middle of the map as you wait for the game to start.
  
• The completed puzzle image disappears once the game starts and puzzle pieces spawn in the surroundings.
  
• Approach the puzzle piece and press the Space key to pick up the puzzle piece and move. You can hold on to the puzzle piece for 20 seconds only. Once you exceed that time, the puzzle piece you are holding disappears and spawns where you picked it up.
  
• Approach the puzzle frame in the middle of the map and check the location where you want to place it. Press the Space key to place the puzzle. The puzzle piece disappears if you don't place it in the exact location and spawns where you picked it up.
  
• You go to the next stage when you complete the puzzle and the game ends when you complete up to the 3rd stage.
  
• Once all 3 stages are completed, you can get your EXP reward from Flame Spiegelmann in the exit map.
  
• The EXP reward can be received up to 2 times a day per world.
  
• Once you have received all of the EXP rewards, you can still join the game but won't get any more rewards.
  
• You get the same amount of EXP that you can get at Lv. 260 if you are Lv. 260+.
  
• You can't get the reward if the game ends without completing the 3rd stage.
  
• If you exit in the middle of the game, you will be given a penalty that restricts you from re-entering for 5 minutes. (All characters within the world will be unable to enter via Quick Start)
  
• If you are inactive for about 30 seconds, you will be forced to exit the game and will be given a penalty that restricts you from re-entering for 30 seconds. (All characters within the world will be unable to enter via Quick Start).

• A character registering for Magical Miracle Time on NA Reboot World must be Lv. 101 or above.
  
• When the Registration Period begins, use the Star Event Notifier to accept the "[MMT] Magical Miracle Time Pre-registration" quest to be awarded a registration coin, and select which date you'd like to try to purchase a Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket for.
  
• Requirements: Characters on NA Reboot World that are Lv. 101 or above can register (all characters on the account on NA Reboot World will benefit from it, however).
  
• Use the Star Event Notifier to travel to the Miracle Time Registration Map, and speak to the Cassandra to purchase a Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket for the previously selected day. In order to prevent overcrowding, you will only have 60 seconds to make the purchase, after which time you will be returned to the previous map you were on, and have to select a day again. Failing to purchase a ticket will not prevent you from accessing the same Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket vendor.
  
• Miracle Time will, as usual, occur during three hour-long periods during the day. For example, a 1/6 Magical Miracle Time Registration Ticket will enable Miracle Time during the following periods:

• Players can check the registered date by hovering over the cube icon on the left side of the screen.
  
• The quest will only be shown on the first character that logs in that is over level 101+.

Misty Island is in need of the stalwart Mapler’s help! Here is a quick guide to get you started.

If you are Lv. 101 and above, you can begin your adventure by accepting "Pollion's Message, depart to Misty Island" by talking to Pollion through the event notifier on the left side of the screen. The tutorial teaches you the basics but that may not be enough to survive the challenge.

The first, most important thing to watch out for is when you get hungry. Your Fullness is always going down as time passes, so hunting for food should always be on your mind. The next thing to keep in mind is that your Life Force only recovers if your Fullness AND Acting Power is at 70\% or higher. If you’re getting hungry, you won’t be recovering any Life Force at all.



The first thing to do in any chapter is to quickly harvest the Stones and Logs on the ground by using the Interact button. With these materials, you can start crafting your first items. By clicking the Crafting button on the top left of your screen, you’re able to craft all sorts of items.



A Stone Axe, a Stone Pickaxe, and a Wooden Sword are probably the first things you should make. This will make it much easier to gather Stones and Logs as well as giving yourself a weapon to survive the nights. To use your new tools and weapon, you will have to equip them. You can equip them just like any other piece of gear and you might want to consider putting them on keybindings to quickly swap between them.



With your Stone Axe equipped, you can use the Interact button to cut down trees. The same goes for mining rocks with a Stone Pickaxe. Better tools means faster gathering, which can be useful as you progress through the nights.





Of course, there are more materials than Stones/Logs and you’re probably hungry by now. Now is the time to cut down some banana trees or hunt some wildlife. To get the most out of your food items you’re going to want to cook them. As long as you have 3 pieces of wood laying around, you’ll be able to make a campfire and cook as much as you want. Not only does your campfire expire after some time, but your food items will slowly expire in your inventory over time. Make sure to eat your food while it’s still fresh!



Ok, so now you have tools, a weapon, and hopefully a supply of food. It’s time to prepare for your first invasion on the 3rd night. You may be ready, or you may want to create a workbench. While standing by a workbench, you will have a lot more options of items you can craft. If the material for what you want to craft can be crafted as well, you can right click that material to see how to make it.

Careful, as you hunt, explore, and collect resources, your Acting Power will decrease. The last thing you want is to be defending yourself from goblins as you run out of Acting Power. Now that you have a workbench, make sure to build a Palm Tent and take breaks when you need to!



Now it’s finally time for your first invasion! Be prepared to protect the ruins every 3rd night or you could risk failing your mission. There are a lot of ways you could prepare, such as making sure you have enough food, upgrading to a better weapon, making yourself armor, putting a Palm Tent near where you will be fighting, and even building defense structures.



As you might remember from the tutorial, there are designated spots to build these defense structures and they can really help! It's up to you how strong of a defense you want, but make sure you're prepared on the night of the invasion. After your first invasion, you will likely want to start upgrading your tools, weapons, and structures to better prepare for future invasions.

Overall, it may be best to focus on all aspects of Misty Island Legacy so that you are well prepared for any situation.
