Requesting: New Snipe cooldown rates

Can I have the new cooldown rates for Snipe for lv 1-30? I'm talking about the KMS update for snipe. I already know the CD for LV 30 Snipe is 4 secs.

Hey, I wanted to ask that question ever since KMST got the new snipe too, but never bothered asking because I doubt if anyone knows yet.

Although that would be great info, I doubt that it would change the fact that snipe is pretty useless until its extreme later levels.

It would be nice to know the exact times though.

That would make level 29 5 seconds though.

I'm certainly not complaining, but what they should really do with snipe is make the cooldown significantly shorter at level 1 and make the impact of leveling up just a little less dramatic. For example, the last 10 levels should be taking down the timer by 1-2 seconds at a time, rather than by 5 (doubling the dps between level 29 and 30 or something). Anyway, somehow I doubt KMS devs are going to read my post, so whatever~

I think Russt is correct. I do remember somewhere they saying 30 is the only level it's 4 seconds and 29 down to some level follows a pattern.
