MapleStory shutting down before login screen

I've been playing MapleStory normally up till just today in the morning. I usually sign on to get my APQ ticket, but MapleStory closed before the login screen. I use DXWnd so I thought that was the problem, so I shut that down, but it still gave me the same error. I restarted my computer and again with the error. I re-installed it, and it gave the exact same results, so like the stupid child I am, I request help.

My Laptop is a Viao VGN-N130G model.

Do you know how to fix it? I searched things on google and still don't have a clue what to do ._.

Update your Direct X: Google DirectX9 November Redristributable and DL it then extract it to any folder and in that folder you'll find the installker and run it

Update your Video Card Drivers.

If this doesn't work then I've failed you.
