meditation
#1
im a f/p wizard and bussy planning out my build
so far i got thise
+1 tele
max FA
max tele
max PB
max slow

but here i get a problem
i get stuck picking between meditation and mp eater. and i can't choose
The money isnt the problem

MP EATER:
Because meditation only gives 20 m.att it would be easy replaced with an m.att pot.
So then i could max mp eater instead which is an nice add for some mp.
because its active i dont need to cast it and its nice to get some additional mp which makes me makes a little up for the costs spend on m.att pots.

Meditation:
Now why would i spend 20 points in meditation while i could use a pot? would'nt it be better to spend these points somewhere else?

now as you know money isnt the problem its about functionality or something like that.
this is the way i think about it now but i would like to hear some other thoughts about this.
now if you say you would drop meditation tell me what pots you would use instead. don't go crazy and say like onyx apples or something like that.
Keep it real

thank you
Now you would say why would you want mp eater? why you dont care about the price?

MP Eater because there's no reason for Meditation.

Pre-NLC, there was a huge reason for meditation since there was no other easy way to get a 20 m. att pot, so there was a distinct advantage. Now, since you can just use pots for it, I'd say MP Eater. I still like meditation since I don't need to have any wizard elixers in my inventory.

Well space wise Medi is also nice.
Once you hit newts you'll need alot of use space.
and other than FireBrands MP eater is not a noticeable increase in MP for F/Ps.
Also if you ever plan to party a Bishop, we will want Medi.

You could also skip poison breath and get all other skills. I trained from 60-80 on GP/DGP and I got exp above 20% per hour up until level 80.

Unless mp eater can drain enough MP to save you 5k every 8 minutes(? however long those wizard pots last), med is 'cheaper' than eater.

It doesn't matter, but if I was in your situation, then I would probably choose meditation. Why?

-Overall, meditation saves more $ than mp eater.
-Out of the three magician classes, the fp mage benefits the least from mp eater. In second job, they lack a mob attack, and in third job, explosion still isn't used as frequently as ice strike or shining ray. You mainly poison mist everything. (Mob attacks increase the chance of mp eater activating)
-Saves use space/taking the time to restock
-It's a party skill. Even if it only semi-benefits bishops.

A con I can think of for meditation would probably be that it's dispellable, while wizard elxirs are not.

Yeah, mp-eater is useless anyways you donst even notice the mp you regain... so go with medi. The NLC pots are a waste of mesos, you could save all the mesos spent and buy yourself an item that would boost up your matk!
Why in the hell is your tele level 1! am I the only one to notice this? also why did you max PB when you have PM? common now!
