Mount price reductions

Are the price reductions for the mounts started at the moment? I would like to buy me a Piggy and silver mane for less mesos.

I would assume it is, although I haven't tried. To be sure, have under 50 mil when you go to buy it.

I was actually wondering this too. Though I seem to remember them saying that there would be a notice or something saying so when they are out
