Window Mode

I have problems switching Maple Story from full screen to window mode. Everytime i try to (alt+enter) or to (esc>system w/e> tick windowed mode) all i get is a beep sound. Ive disabled sticky keys, tried to open MS as admin or as XP program. Nothing works.

Also when i try to jump (which is set on my alt button) while im walking it wont work until i let the arrow button go, only then my chara will jump

Any suggestions?

It sounds like your computer has trouble registering 2 keys being pressed simultaniously.
Not sure if its specifically your keyboard, or in your keyboard settings, but you may have to screw around with that a bit, try swapping out for a different keyboard.

I tried different Keyboards, no1 worked. I also compared the keysettings with my buddys comp, his MS works perfectly. Was worth a try tho.

Any other ideas? :/

are you running it on a laptop? what are the keyboard models you tried? are they USB?

Im using a HP keyboard right now, wireless. Ive also tried USB keyboards (Logitech). Doesnt change anything, so i suppose its not they keyboard..

I realize this is an old topic, but I'm having the exact same issue.

It's NOT my hardware. Windows mode works perfectly on an XP partition on the same machine.

Did you ever resolve the problem?
