These are usually great fun to play, and very helpful in parties...
While I can see that there aren't many buffs/debuffs imaginable, there is still a lot of potential for them...
Southperrians, what do you think? Any possible skills, weapon choice (duh, tambourines and lutes), backstory, etc?
Personally, I could see the bard as having large AoE attacks with low damage, maybe increasing in speed of cast and damage at higher levels, and more than likely using the magic formula instead of w.attk. The dancer would probably be a close range, high avoid class with a lot of mobility skills and maybe a party buff that dispels Seduce in 4th job. The bard could have slightly downgraded versions of each class's best buffs, like a 40% HB, 8 attack rage, 7.5% HS. They could fill any party spot and maybe have some unique bossing abilities as well (Increase time between boss attacks, decrease boss buff length). Maybe macros for a bard would use all buffs in said macro at the same time instead of one by one as well? Finally, either or both could have a summon that does extra damage for each party member?
