Percentage Points?

I know months ago we were supposed to get an update that would clarify the distinction between additive and multiplicative % increases.
But none of my tooltips are displaying such a distinction.
Did we never end up getting that update?

Some skills, Nexon forgot to do it for (like a couple Demon Avenger skills), but newer skills like Aran, Evan, and Blaster skills had this distinction added.
