How did this KMS player increase his range by such large factors?

I saw this guy (all from KMS) changes his range from 8mil (small buffed) to 22mil (small buffed), to like 50mil (fully buffed). How did he do this?

It's things like this, looking at the majority of his stuff they were all ~100 stat 80+ att and 21% all stat with some extra %all stat in his bpot (like his dominator pendant had 25% all stat 161 all stat and 99att)

Copy-paste from KMS. Would have cost too much to remove that part of the data.

That would be correct. Doesn't help that additional options were shot down as an update for GMS. The market has severely suffered because of it. The game would be immensely better if equips had stat variations. More than most people realize.

It's just annoying that everything is perfectly average except for Katara's and Shields. Even then only a -5~+5 variance.
