Nexon posted a patch for JMS version 347 upgrade to version 348.
You may download this patch from their official site and begin [thread=13610]creating your pre-patcher[/thread] now.

A new world map was added. I'm not sure what Spring Valley is. Maybe it's an event area?

Spring valley's an event that starts March 30.
Then on April 20, there's a server merge, Mihile class gets released, and the Madhouse event (seems to be something of the RLH sort, with decent totems, its own entry pass, and coins) starts.
