Not really consider as reuse because they just release Absolabs hats and overalls in this new coin shop (unless you tell me there is any other way to acquire them from Scrapyard or Lotus now).

I need to fix that, but basically that is what it pulls from "MaxHP". However, there is also another variable "defaultHP" which says: unknown.

Usually, the mobs with finalmaxHP values are pretty accurate, such as Cygnus, CRA, and Hard Magnus. But not all are available, like Lotus and Dorothy.
Also, looking at the video, there's no way Damien's phase 2 has only 120b HP. I think there's a 0 missing there.
