Scare Up Some Fun This Halloween: 10/15 – 11/12

A blustery wind has blown some Halloween decor into the locales of Altera. From Ironwood Village to Saint's Haven, Halloween decorations now drape the street lamps while large groups of pumpkins and candles dot the landscape. Even Irine has dressed for the occasion in a cute vampire outfit, and the nearby fountain in Saint's Haven has been replaced with a festive pumpkin tree! You can even hear spooky Halloween-themed music playing in town.


As you race through town taking in all of the great new decorations, you may notice a new visitor in town: Count Spookula! Count Spookula has a special Halloween shop available to Alterans who manage to collect GM Clortho’s Ghost Coins. How does one collect Ghost Coins? Several ways, in fact!


King of Ghouls

Complete one round of King of Ghouls in the PvP Arena to receive three of GM Clortho’s Ghost Coins. You can earn coins from completing King of Ghouls once per day through the duration of the Halloween event.


Attendance Event

Get perfect attendance! Log into Dragon Nest on a daily basis to receive a Spooky Halloween Box containing Halloween goodies:

- Login between October 15 – October 18 to receive ONE Spooky Halloween Box each day.
- Login on October 19 to receive THREE Spooky Halloween Boxes.
- Login between October 20 – October 23 to receive TWO Spooky Halloween Boxes each day.
- Login on October 24 to receive THREE Spooky Halloween Boxes.
- Login between October 25 – October 28 to receive TWO Spooky Halloween Boxes each day.
- Login on October 29 to receive THREE Spooky Halloween Boxes.
- Login between October 30 – November 2 to receive TWO Spooky Halloween Boxes each day.
- Login between November 3 – November 12 to receive THREE Spooky Halloween Boxes each day.


Daily Login

How long can you stay logged in? Stay logged in for 30 minutes to receive the same box of goodies as listed above. You can earn additional boxes if you stay logged in for 1 hour, 1 hour 30 minutes, and 2 hours! That’s a total of 4 boxes per day, filled with coins and potions.

The Spooky Halloween Box contains the following items:

- One of GM Clortho’s Ghost Coin
- One Sweet and Sour Eyeballs (7-day HP potion)
- One Spider Web Gummy (7-day MP potion)
- One Crunchy Roasted Bat (7-day Attack potion)

What's in Spookula's Shop? A myriad of seasonal faire, that's what! From pumpkin hats to temporary morphogens that turn you into ghosts and pumpkins - there's sure to be tons of fun this Halloween. However, most Alteran's eyes will be on the new Jack-o'-lantern of Dreams Mount - a permanent mount! Other new shop items include the Skelekitty Pet and a special Bashful Pumpkin Spirit!
