About Haku’s Blessing

This skill boosts my range from 860k to 1974k, which it says it's giving me 50% magic attack. At the moment I'm at 45% magic attack, 95% will only increase my range to 1157k. So how does this work? Also, Im at about 1000 magic att.

It's giving you 50% of Haku's fan's m.att as %m.att.

So if Haku has a 200 m.att fan, Haku's Blessing gives you 100% m.att boost.
