If you just wait you will most likely never get your points. The only chance you have is to keeping sending tickets to Nexon. Even then you are probably still screwed.

Nexon said they gave out the points in a notice towards the beginning of January. They gave the points to the character on the account that had the most NX Coupon things in it's inventory. So if you did that quest on a level 20 every day, it would be on the level 20, not your main character.

I did it on only 1 character on my account and I still havent got my points, and they havent responded to my ticket yet.

NX and maple points are shared between all the characters on your account... if one of them got it, they all got it.
