Skill changes from Test Server.
The new wand/staves have R7 magic craft recipes. New materials added just for those recipes; Jewel Of Forgotten Mage, Black Metal Seal, Destroyed Loop Looks like spell-books can now be durability hammered. Some sort of unlocking scroll and pet transfer? medal.
