i believe you can still create them through the blacksmith profession. 15 leathers as usual

That reminds me, whatever happened to those thousands of work gloves people used to use as MTS currency? It's like they've all completely vanished.

Made a pair, only to find that using Spell Traces to scroll them with 70%s only grants +1 attack.
