I am trying to locate the cats in the hot air balloons in this picture. I do not think they are NPC's as Locked extractions say that only Kemdi is in that map. That means that these cats should be either Objects or Effects. Would anyone care to help me find them in the data?

NPCs have had non-NPC properties for years now.
