Made a change to the Bhafel Huntress recipe so it can handle arrows in the new arrow bag.

Added gender requirements to the cook uniforms.
Two potions that reduce CP, both have a 60 minute duration.
Best Director Award Present Package, Sales by Subscription Coupon, Combat Power Weakness Potion Box

Layout changes to the equipment collection / dressing room thingy.
