Okay okay. This thread is going to be MAJOR spoilers, just FYI.
As you know, Fable is a game where your choices affect gameplay later on. Normally, each situation has two choices; A good, and a bad choice. This thread will explain the consequences of certain choices.
Well, that is all I can think of for the moment. If anyone else has any things that I missed that alter the game, please post in this thread. Also, please let me know if I have made any mistakes. I just thought people would find this interesting.

Bowerstone Old Town (Child)
One single choice here affects the WHOLE game. The quest where you go find the arrest warrants. With that quest, you are given two choices.
Choices:
1. Give them to the town guard who lost them.
2. Give them to the person that asks you for them (Forgot his name) in the top hat, before you give them to the guard. He will offer you gold for them, and will 'save you the walk back'
Consequences:
(Note: These will take place when you are an adult)
1. Bowerstone Old Town will flourish, and become one of the richest towns in the game. You will find houses for sale that give pretty good bonuses, and have a good rent rate for when you start playing the real estate game. This town will have guards in it.
2. Bowerstone Old Town will go down the toilet. It will become the slummiest town in the game, followed close up by Westcliff and Bloodstone. Since you gave the arrest warrants to the other person instead of the guard, the guard got the boot by Lucien, and criminals ruled the town from then on. There are no guards, which mean no law. But with no law, means people will defend themselves by any way necessary, even if it means shooting you down.

Til Death Do Us Part Quest
This quest is kind of unimportant and such, but has two different choices. Good and bad. There is a ghost that asks you to seek revenge, because on his wedding day his fiance ran away, so he killed himself.
Choices:
1. Make Alex (His Ex) fall in love with you. When she can't live without you, give her a rejection note.
2. Make Alex (His Ex) fall in love with you. When she can't live without you, tear up the rejection note and marry her.
Consequences:
1. When you go in and turn in the quest to the ghost, you will see the ghost of Alex, also, meaning she took her own life. She'll be kind of ****ed off at you and her ex. She will then say she doesn't want to see either of you ever again, and walks off.
2. When you go in and turn in the quest to the ghost, you will 'tell' him that you in fact married Alex. He will be overjoyed, and be glad you didn't carry out his revenge. He calls himself foolish, etc.
Note: If you make the 2nd choice, and Alex somehow dies, by say, bandits in Bower Lake Community Service Quest, before you turn in the quest to her ex, you will end up with Consequence 1.

Destroy the Temple of Light/Shadows Quests
When you arrive in Westcliff, you will be given two quests. Help Defend the Temple of Light, and Oakfield Massacre.
Choices:
1. Help Defend the Temple of Light Quest. If you do this quest, you agree to help defend the Temple of Light. Just killing Shadow Worshippers.
2. Massacre all of Oakfield. This consists of going on a murderous rampage throughout Oakfield, killing 35 people, the whole population.
3. Don't do either. I don't know what this option does yet. I will try it out, soon.
Consequences:
Note: You will not see some of these consequences until after you return from the Spire 10 years later.
1. Oakfield will flourish, and about 10 new houses will be built. This is good for the real estate game. The Temple of Shadows will fall, and there will be a world without evil sacrificing. This will also enable the 'Purchase the Temple of Light' Quest later on in the game.
2. Oakfield will become a sort of dead town. The crops will look sickly, the sky darker, and there will be no new houses built. The Temple of Light will be in ruin, since nobody wanted to follow the ways of the Light since the massacre. This will also enable the "Purchase the Temple of Shadows' Quest.
(Note: Later on you WILL be charged with 35 Murders and various assaults.)
3. My guess on this one is that both temples will be alive in the future, allowing you to donate and make sacrifices, making it easy to go from good to bad, or bad to good.

Westcliff Development
Choices:
1. Give 5,000 gold to Barnum to help develop Westcliff.
2. Don't give 5,000 gold to Barnum to help develop Westcliff, and ignore him.
Consequences:
Note: These won't be visible until after you return from the Spire.
1. Westcliff will drastically change while you were away. There will actually be buildings, instead of huts, and small businesses. If you find Barnum, he will also give you 10 years worth of interest. You will receive 15,000 gold, so you make a net gain of 10,000 gold. Doing this helps in the real estate game.
2. Westcliff will remain unchanged.

Giles' Farm Quest
Bandits have been attacking Giles, and old town guard, and killed most of his family.
Choices:
1. Help Giles defend his farm by killing the bandits that plan to attack him.
2. Help the bandits kill Giles and take over the farm for 'Treasure' in the cellar.
Consequences:
Note: These won't take effect until after you return from the Spire.
1. The farm will grow radically, and become a very small town. Great for the real estate game. It also opens up the quest where you have to find Giles' only living son a wife. As thanks, Giles will give you the portculis key, allowing you to go into his cellar to get his prized possession; The Enforcer, his old guard gun. One of the best guns in the game.
2. When you go into the cellar immediately after to think to get the treasure before the bandits, they will ambush you. You can kill them easily. Then, when you return from the Spire 10 years later, the farm will be pretty much unchanged. Everything will look deadish, and Hollow Men will begin to spawn here. Giles' grave will be in the front, and if you dig up his grave you will get the portculis key allowing you entry to his basement to get The Enforcer, one of the best guns in the game.
[spoiler="Purchase the Temple of Light/Shadows Quest"]
Choices:
1. If you saved the Temple of Light, you can purchase the Temple of Light.
2. If you saved the Temple of Shadows, you can purchase the Temple of Shadows.
Consequences:
1. This will ultimately destroy the Temple of Shadows, and all its followers. If you try to go to the Temple of Shadows, you will be ambushed by numerous shadow creatures and banshees.
2. This will let you own the Temple of Shadows. It will most likely destroy the Temple of Light and all its followers if you did option 3 in the section above.

The Shadow Court
You need to deliver the Dark Seal to the Shadow Court for Reaver, when you go, you will find a lost girl at the end. You find out that Reaver sacrifices people in the court to retain his youth. You're a sap for doing this for him.
Choices:
1. Hold onto the Dark Seal, and lose your youth and beauty.
2. Give the Dark Seal to the lost, crying, beautiful girl.
Consequences:
1. You age by a couple of years. Your skin becomes a little prune-like, and your eyes turn red for a small amount of time. You get good points for not giving it to the girl, and the girl runs out of there thanking you so she can live another day to see her family.
2. You don't age a bit. But wait, the girl does! She becomes a hideous, old woman with red eyes. She looks at her hands, and then runs of screaming and crying. If most of you have a heart, at least put her out of her misery. You will receive evil points for this. Reaver will think you are cunning for escaping the fate.

End Game Choices
You are placed with 3 choices after you defeat Lucien. The Spire grants you one wish, and these are your 3 wishes that you must choose from.
Choices:
1. Bring all the people that died making The Spire back to life. This is thousands and thousands of people!
2. Bring all your loved ones back to life that died by Luciens hand.
3. Get wealth beyond your wildest dreams.
Consequences:
1. Everyone that died from the making of The Spire is brought back to life. Your faithful furry companion remains dead. People of Albion will love you, because it brings their loved ones back to life. You also will unlock an achievement.
2. All your loved ones come back to life that died by Lucien's hand. Your family that Lucien killed will come back to life. Your dog will come back to life. Your sister Rose will come back to life, but you will never see her. You only get a letter from Rose saying she woke up in a forest, where a nice man found her whom she is living happily with. People of Albion will be spiteful towards you, but after a while it will wear off, because they would have made the same choice in your situation. You will also unlock an achievement.
3. Gain 1,000,000 Gold. Everyone will pretty much hate you for it. Your dog remains dead, your sister remains dead, and all the people that made the spire remain dead. You also will unlock an achievement.
