 Old Shoes

 Conversation

When I logged in, I was at Gollux map - GM Cheezpuff popped in and then warped me to Kumo's house where he apologized for the mixup and dropped me the shoes. So happy right now

Congrats though, glad to see stuff like this still happens from time to time.

Wow, that's really cool.
I'm especially impressed that they scrolled and enhanced and cubed them for you. In the past they'd give you clean shoes, and maybe some scrolls, if not just maple points.

Dat extra 4% Dex and allowing you to use 2 more hammers.

That's pretty amazing.

I know they were flooded and worked hard, but how could they forget to figure in guardian and other cs scrolls? Tongue That would be a clearindicator if someone hacked, hackers would not need CS scrolls with no-booms.

Nice reverse shoes Rolleyes

.... I'm surprised no one had commented on how "frank" this guy is...

The vocabulary he uses... feels somewhat unprofessional or is that because he looks into more of the technical issues rather than 'customer service'?

Why does he have to use professional language exactly? He's acting like a peer, which is good.

Well I'm not saying it's absolutely bad and I guess being approachable is a good thing. It's just that they are providing a "service" after-all. It's not like you're doing a good deed to your friend. "Yo wassup brotha. Sorry about that meng!"

I don't know... having a background in customer service.. it just urks me a bit.

Watch them get deleted again in a future wipe because the GM generated them. Rolleyes

To be honest I'd rather see more human interaction like this considering their reputation, although you're absolutely right, there should be some professionalism, but as of late that's the deepest we get anyway
