Yeah wasnt expecting the Xenon change to reach the offical server without some serious tweaking. The first nerf was needed and if it went up to 560% it would be like the nerf never happen. Unless you hit 50m dmg on vellum etc already ofc.

Changed - Delay (demonImpact - 1200 ms --> demonImpact - 990 ms)

Hoof. That's a pretty large delay decrease.

Very nice medal, +10 all stats and +10 ATT/MATT, something to do with The Seed. Not time limited either.

It's, .. for #time seconds, reduce target's defense by y% .. where #time is the variable for duration.

I would assume X would be an internal value, and the level readout displays Y. I'm not sure why they changed it though.

They often have dummy variables so that the values can appear positive in the description while the actual effect is based on a negative number, for example x is how much DEF is ignored, y is |x|. Using y allows the description to state something like "Reduced by 30%" rather than "Reduced by -30%".

Quite a few tweaks to the previous updates.

I'm liking the Angelic Buster changes. Trinity should have a 100% recharge rate with the Hyper Skills if I'm not mistaken. Also it looks like they changed Trinity - Bonus Attack to apply to all 3 hits in exchange for lowering the damage to 950%.

increased damage Demon Impact, lower delay and slow effect(which means no more reliance on other skills to cause status effects to get Insult to Injury's 15% damage bonus), Delicious
