It isn't, it is still Grass/Psychic.

Grass/Fairy would be kinda meh anyway, since it'd have a 4x weakness to Poison.

Of course, that doesn't stop Whimsicott from being pure evil though.

Still scary to be hurt by 4x U-turn. ;n;

But yeah, I don't see Celebi using a lot of STAB fairy moves anyways.

You can't soft reset pokemon bank you sillybilly. It appears in your bank when you start using it.

maybe you could get away with it if you reset your 3DS completely to factory settings, but that'll take 10+minutes each time. So good luck. (And this would delete any purchases you've made on the eshop too, permanently)

According to Serebii, it is level 10, with the moves Recover, Heal Bell, Hold Back (a new move which is similar to False Swipe, probably a special version of it) and Safeguard

Eww, I was hoping to soft reset for decent IV and nature.

I wonder if I can breed it onto other things using Smeargle chains.

Wow, such a lenient time period, 9 months...

All the more reason to get a 3DS XL and Pokemon X for Christmas.

Hold Back is EXACTLY the same as False Swipe.

It has the same power, the same accuracy, the same type (normal) and worst of all, it's a physical attack. So in other words, it is a carbon copy of False Swipe in all but name.
An absolute waste of game data, basically.

Omg, the PokeBank opens on the 27th?
I am so dumb. For some reason I thought it opened a while after 2014. I wanted to start a new game and got impatient so I resetted my game with like 15 lv100 perfect EV/IV Pokes, 8 shinies, all megas, etc. Now I regret this so much ._.
Bah at least Celebi will be nice.

It's less the traffic and more the fact the hack check doesn't really work.

I really doubt that's the reason since we all knew from the beginning they would fail at trying to make a good hack check.
