Can't start the game from the website

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:
Ever since a few patches ago, I haven't been able to open the game from the website. I get this error message upon clicking "PLAY":

error code : 11004 (The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found.)

A fresh installation of Maplestory does not fix the problem.

What web browser are you using? Chrome seems to be a bit prone to this, I sometimes have to switch over to firefox.

I am indeed using Chrome.
