Instacheck Hotspot (easy shinies)

Aight, I double checked, it's suitable. So, it makes a hotspot on your computer, you link your 3ds too it, go trade a random, just "PREVIEW" the pokemon, then activate to scan now, itll show you all the information. Just download both programs and you're good to go.

Once you have your shiny trainer number, post it here. Essentially let's say I have an egg. You can save then proceed to hatch them, then go IV check them, find out which ones you want to keep, then reset. Or you can use this method, which will show you the exact Iv's, and the pokemons specific shiny id.

For example my shiny ID is 3326. Let's say I have an egg, with a perfect eevee in it, I checked it through one of the above process', but the pokemons shiny id is 1234. If I have a friend, with a shiny trainer value of 1234, I can trade the egg to him, he will hatch it, and it will be shiny because those numbers match. It's a great tool for our pokemon community to get the shiny pokemon we want, or assist us anyway.

I think you guys are not understanding how big the pool this shiny thing is. It makes it easier not gurranteed you'd still have to;

Catch the pokemon (which maybe friend safari only)

Breed it so it has the right ability (If it's a hidden ability it has to be female, unless you use ditto which unless the OT's are different is slow as crap)

Have to pass the correct IV's through chain breeding, and no matter which way you do it, the RNG may not be so kind

THEN after all that you have to find a guy with your trainer shiny ID number, who is available to trade it and hatch it for you. Assuming he doesn't steal the damn thing, which is why I feel using the pool of about 60 people it could make getting a shiny easier.

Pokebank opens, pokegen is full fledged. However the game has fought back by simply making it easier to get IV/EV/Shiny, rather than hacking it. So at this point it frankly won't make a difference. The only thing that will is the sheer amount of monsters/combinations that will be available.

I would still Masuda Method my own shiny most likely but if I have eggs leftover that are good I wouldn't have a problem giving them away to someone for a nice shiny.

According to a friend of mine my TSV is 891.

Gunna feel bad for those who OCD and have a TSV of something ending in 99.

apparently my shiny value is 3052

Seems like my shiny value is 3844.

(Not sure if the value is based on game or the 3ds itself. Would be nice if it was based on game since I got both X and Y.)
