Class Hot Time Event Hats- Special Effects?

Well, Just want to bring this question, because I just saw someone wearing a class exclusive hat and they had an effect to it.

The person was wearing a raven persona [phantom hat, level 50], and he had this cape scarf effect while he was wearing it. Well I THINK it was from the hat, becaue I couldnt find anything he was wearing that would give it.

So just want to ask, do some class hats have a special effect, and if they do, which ones specifically?

Nope, it was def the blue one that you got from hot time events.

He had like a flowing scarf animation, same blue color as the hat and embroided with gold lining.

You might want to post an approximate picture of what you mean, because I'm pretty sure that 'flowing scarf' animation is part of the hat's appearance.

It IS part of the hats appearance. the flowing scarf is part of the hat.
