There has been no official word from Nexon NA on this. We did not get Flames when we were "supposed" to, in the order of KMS patches. Will we ever? Your guess is as good as anyone else's.

It's a big part of being a Master Jewelist. If GMS decides to not add it in "Flames" then o_0 I don't even know.

Yes, and you can use as many as you want to reset the option untill you get something you want/need.

The system has its problems, but its 30-40 stat boost for every equip you have, however its another thing that makes xenon easier to fund aswell, a lot of people might hate on that part.
