I'm pretty unimpressed with the Mech changes, specifically Laser Blast receiving basically a 1% damage increase, and no reduced delay.

They said there was an attack speed buff for Laser Blast, might be something they forgot to include, or for some reason it's a delay that doesn't use the one in the data.

The only changes compared to KMST was a damage buff to Fire Breath, from 420% -> 480%, a new ball delay for Mercedes's Swift Dualshot so it can actually render another projectile, Advanced Strike Dualshot being buffed from 150% -> 240% so it's actually better than regular Strike Dualshot, and maxed Body Boost as a prerequisite for Big Crunch Aura.

A new version of 'DimensionLibrary' BGM was added. It's not really a "new" version since it fixes little blips from the old one, but new nonetheless.

So they changed Battle Mage's teleport to be as good as the adventurer mages' teleport (being able to use it to go up platforms and such), but it doesn't look like they changed Evan's here to match that.
Was that done earlier? Or is Evan the only mage (Besides BW, but I know they'll get that with their revamp) without that increased verticle teleport range?

"Season 1" of Battle Monster League is ending in a few days. This means Battle Monster League will be unavailable to use.
Finally, it's removed... for now. Season 1 implies a new season is coming. I hope they seriously revamp the system because it's stupid.

But I think Evan's are fine because of Dragon Blink. Not that having more Vertical Range on his teleport wouldn't help but meh Tongue

Yeah, I thinking about how they have Blink, but you can't control where Blink goes, right?
I haven't played Evan in ages, but if I remember correctly it just sends you in a random spot on the map, which isn't quite as good as being super mobile instead xP

Think of it this way

Adventurer Mages = Vertical Teleport
Battlemage = Vertical Teleport
Luminous = Best Teleport, Blink only in towns
Evan = Dragon Glide, Dragon Blink in almost all maps, has teleport.
Dragon Gliding everywhere is so fun :3

My best guess is Traits.

According to this link, the thing gives 20 ATK/M.ATK, 400 DEF/M.DEF, 200 acc/avd and 10 speed/jump for 1 hour
