So Eos I gotta ask, what's the appeal you gound on Mabinogi?
I really tried to play it but since it was sandbox I couldn't tell where to go or what to do.
Any tips for that?

when in doubt, do one of the story line quests. There are 18 or so main ones, some sequential, some not.
Or just pick a facet that appeals to you and work on getting good at it, whether it's life skills, commerce, magic, alchemy, fighting, exploring, collecting (trophies, achievements, journal entries). I enjoyed just wandering the whole world for days figuring out how you can interact with the various environments, like riding elephants, wild horses, ostriches and hippos, or sailing a raft down the river to see where it goes. Explore the dungeons to see which ones you can handle yet and learn how to work within the mechanics. Quest for new skills. Play dress up. Joust other players and/or NPCs. There's so much random stuff to do it's easy to be overwhelmed but no so easy to run out of things to do. I'm level 3000 as of today and there are still dungeons I haven't been in and mini-games I haven't had a chance to look at.

And of course I have my meeps. We have fun together.

I guess ill try Mabinogi later. Seems similar to KMS, but I have to ask: HOW DID YOU GET THIS SNEAK PEAK? Will there be more? cool stuff, cool stuff.

Wide screen is nice, but I always play in windows mode Rolleyes Anyone else? :f6:

There's a compact version more like the one we have now, except with space for 6 people (it no longer shows their characters, though, only their IGNs)

It's great to finally see some teasers for Awakening! I was beginning to think they had forgotten about it. I have mixed feelings about it coming after the Masteria patch and the teaser is conspiciously quite about that... Rolleyes
Eos; It's nice surprise to see exclusive content showing up on SP first Big Grin

That expanded chat window... it's ginormous!

Same.
I hate that some things (Cash Shop, Monster Life) force the game into the larger window size, and some maps/skills/windows are designed with the larger window in mind so they are very inconvenient at the smaller size. I fear that now we'll be forced into widescreen the same way.

Totally want that new resolution. Couldn't care less personally about the Cygnus revamps, but it's awesome that it's finally coming, tons of SPers seem to have been waiting for the wind archer.
Ew, another garbage low level theme dungeon. :/

When I play KMS, I usually use the 1024 x 768 resolution and nothing forces you into the widescreen or goes beyond that range. It is really nice for the rare occasions where I actually use full screen on some intense bosses, but I prefer the middle resolution so I can watch Netflix while training or whatever.
