With a 21% Ignore Def Nebulite or wait for a %Boss damage one?? Not sure

i'd say boss, if only because that one has a higher quantity, i'd recommend cubing it for boss/PDR first though, and then socketing it for what it lacks.

% Boss is much more important than % Ignore and it's pretty easy to get % Ignore up to like 90-120% on most classes just by maxing all your skills and having a Leafre Set/Lumi Link. There's not really any need to have more than that unless you plan on doing Empress/CRA/CPB/HMM runs regularly.

Look at what you have first, then look at what you do most of the time, then make your choice.

I would try to save up for 20/25% boss on both your weapon and octa core. (you can cube hybrid hearts for %pdr right?)
