Are Terminus weapons Joker items?

Do they fill set requirements like the RA hats do?

Would a Joker equip be clearly marked as such? Also to add onto this thread, Terminus equips are PSoKable on equip right? Original extraction showed them to be fully tradeable.

Easy way to check would be to owl a chaos vellum/Pierre hat, no?
