I feel the song is weak as for the rhyme go. But the concept is really nice, even more in this era where most of teenagers spent 90% of their time at Facebook/tumblr etc etc.

Nothing can become an absolute must, you can be pushed to use it but something history has shown us is that people will always tend to disagree with whatever even in an utopia.
