I think it's the Wild Hunter hairstyle.

Any android comes with it or can change into it?

Yeah, that is the Wild Hunter style, and as far as I know it's still VIP at Edelstein.
Sorry, I don't know enough about androids to know whether they can get character VIP hairstyles.

It doesn't appear to be one of the default options on any of the androids, and it doesn't appear in the VIP list at the Android Hairstyle NPC in Hen, either. There's a chance it could be EXP, but that would probably cost quite a bit to verify.

Dang, even if it's exp there is hope, then...

Have android VIP hairstyles ever gotten an update? Or they have been the same since release?
