Romero's Gold Pouch for AB's Helisium Quest?

I did the Magnus prequests up to the quest 'Dignity Intact' where I got stuck.



It tells me to submit a Romero's Gold Pouch which was supposed to be given after completing the previous quest, To drink or not to drink, in addition to the 100 etc. However I wasn't even given the pouch and thus have no way to complete this quest. Is this quest bugged or did I miss something? Hope to get help from experienced ABs.

I have an AB friend who managed to finish the quest normally as well. I think it must have something to do with the previous quest whereby you were given a couple of options to choose an answer from. Wondering if it can be salvaged. hmm
