Need help with my skill.wz

I keep on getting a skill wz error from the patch. Could someone please give me a v131 skill wz? Someone on basil gave me a v132 but it didnt work with the patcher and just got stuck at skill.wz. So i think the only way to patch will be to get a v131 skill wz.
