Lowest level equipment from Root Abyss boxes?

Title. The lowest I've ever gotten was level 100 stuff.

I'm specifically looking for the level 80 thief hat, and don't want to waste my runes. I won't be too surprised if it doesn't go lower than 100 since that's the prequest requirement...

Lowest is 100.

to clarify, basically all items are 100, except for the very specific mage overalls and mage clothes that are slightly off leveled(98 for the varuna)
