Yes but you have to still have access to the eMail you registered the account with.

Yes, secret question answer, first/last name, birthday, and current password.

Yeah, I think that's all you need to access the "Edit Account Info" on your account.

You don't need to use your e-mail. Last time I changed my pass, nothing was ever sent to my e-mail. But of course, the one it's set to is obsolete, but... I don't remember some answers to my questions and therefore can't change my e-mail address...
