I need good choices for a Wifi Router
#1
So me and my dad are going to shell out some money for a far better Wifi with better range and compatibility for new and older technology. I really need one especially seeing that my room is a terrible Wifi Hotspot for my Wii U, I rarely am able to get a bar for internet.

Do anyone have any options for any good Wifi Routers with a better range, good compatibility on a 120$ budget and under?

What type of router are you using currently and how far is your Wii U from the router.

I got this one back in September. Absolutely no problems, easy setup, and looks cool (which is a questionable benefit). http://www.amazon.com/Medialink-Wireless...B0044YU60M

I just have one of these . You don't need an expensive router, just make sure it's 802.11n.

My router is a Linksys, and my Wii U is about below my room, about two rooms away.

I would get this: http://www.amazon.com/RT-N16-Wireless-N-...pd_cp_pc_2

And then flash, DD-WRT, an open source Wifi firmware that is stable and performs well, in it. My 0.02.

Well, I found my ideal router, thanks everyone! Though, I still have problems on my Wii U.

I have a spare Meraki MR12 or MR16 lying around my house, new and unused. I got it from a promotional event at work and haven’t really found a use for it.

If you just want N

The belkin is dual-band and gigabit ethernet. Pretty good. I've heard people have had problems with Belkin customer support. Though the same can be said about everything. Its light years ahead of nexon though.
