Ok so my family (+ significant others) has planned a trip to the snow to celebrate my fiance's birthday. It's been a while since I've been up to the snow (over five years... and I'm pretty sure I didn't dress properly then either) and I want to make sure we have everything we need to be comfortable and have a good time.
We also plan to go snowboarding one or two days while we're up there. We don't have our own equipment, so is there anything I should know beforehand about renting stuff?
Things my friends already told me to bring:
Hawaii was so much easier to prepare for.
