Balanced fury stars opinions

Balanced fury stars are they worth it? i dont think they really are but you tell me

800 w/o mastery, iirc. I have one, it's only around 100m or less in my server, eh. It only recharges at NLC, 10-20m more than C-ilbi. Also only "1" attack more. It's not worth it at all, it's looks makes it look appealing to certain people though. It's more of a waste in it's current state in the game.

If you're a hardcore dmg wh0re than yeah, if not, then no.

Though they are only about 80m or less in khaini now.

I would only advice you to buy them if you use your NL for bossing, else it'd be very tedious to keep running back and forth recharging at NLC.

Well if you have a good amount of NX you can expand your storage slots and transfer them to an NLC mule to recharge, but that is pretty tedious.

But who knows, they may become a lot more practical with the amount of Masteria expansions we're due for, we may get some good high end NL content so people will be training and can hop by NLC for a quick recharge.

Even with bossing, you drain the stars rather quickly and it's such a pain to recharge.

Well, I suppose they're better than Crystal Ilbis because ever since their release the stock of Crystal Ilbis have been decreasing...

I'm still sticking with Ilbis/Hwabis.

I'm hoping they make recharging possible at every NPC, even for Crystal illbis at Showa doesn't work. =X So annoying when I want to Anego. ;_;

Even if you want to recharge Balanced Fury with an NLC mule, I'm assuming it'd be better for a mule to have maxed Claw Mastery (to have +200 more stars), assuming that there's mastery to Balanced Furies. I wouldn't know, since I got it on my NL, and not when I was a 'Sin', -shrugs-.

Balanced Fury isn't worth it in my opinion. It's too time consuming to make, expensive to buy, too few in the markets, only rechargeable in NLC, and not much better than Crystal Ilbis. The not rechargeable everywhere part is the most annoying and Nexon really needs to fix that.

Although back then the BC ores were 700k each, but now theyre 50k-100k per refined. 5m-10m for 100 refined bc
so basically thats (30m+10m+1m+1m) 42M to make 1 compared to (35+15m)50m to make a c.ilbi.

The only drawback is it being hard to recharge, which is highly likely they will fix. since notice its the weapon seller thats the only one that can recharge, and the weapon seller cannot recharge any other stars beside fury stars, the pot seller however can recharge all stars besides fury.

I'll max Shadow Stars whenever I reach level 175. At that point, 24 sets lasts 4 hours. Perfect for training. (And before that, I'll carry around other stars just so I don't have to haul ass to NLC to recharge.)

Anyway, expect a major price increase if it ever does become rechargeable everywhere.

I dont think they'll fix it, for lore reasons its obviously only at NLC right now, I doubt that was an accident, I mean, maybe if enough people complain about it, but otherwise I wouldnt count on it >.>

The only reason I don’t like balanced furies is because they take all 3 taos to forge. I would rather see them used on upgrading and forging other weapons so they become more common but that’s not likely to happen.

yeah shadow stars should be maxed by 170 but, Furies are a total waste of meso, considering you must go to NLC and recharge them at the "weapon shop" its not worth the trip all the time, C ilbis will do better .

Yep, I have 15 in it already. Currently working on Ninja Storm (21 @ Lvl. 167)... so that will be maxed at 170. So Lvl. 175 = maxed Shadow Stars for me. For reference, might as well put the rest of my build here: Maxed TT, 19 MW, 28 Venom, Maxed Shadow Shifter, and 1 Taunt. Maybe I might have had Maxed Shadow Stars if I only had 15 in Shadow Shifter...

my night lord had lvl 15 Venom untill lvl 172 which i starting maxing it last xD
lvl 20 atm lvl 173, maybe thats why.

once again, i do think Furies are crap cuz of the NLC rech thing, thx got i only bought 1 set, yet im trying to sell it. lol.

I havent been training (on regular monsters) lately, most exp i get are from HT/anego/bf. And yesI have max shadow stars and very few points on venom.
I use 5 ish sets of furies per HT run (approx 1 hour run or less), so 11-12 ish sets for 2 runs and that includes recasts from the dispels, and me forgetting to re-cast it when it ends due to not being attentive to the buffs that gets blocked over by the gigantic HT timer.

I recharge my stars fully (1000 stars/set) once a day for before HT. for the rest of the day, i just move it to storage, i got 12 storage space and recharge it on my noob mule.(800stars/set). It is inconvenient to relog, but it doesnt take THAT long.

I like furies for it being cheaper than c.ilbis but with 1 atk higher. I had 12 c.ilbis before and i sold it for 90m during the release of the gold boxes. so 1 c.ilbi has bought me 3 harmonies.
Or if you include the other materials, the event has let me forge 2 furies per 1 c.ilbi.
