Tempest Commemorative Boxes

Has anyone received a 1.5x exp coupon from these boxes lately? Or is it even inside? Some people told me you can get it from this, but I've opened about 40 and the only thing I get is the Tempest Force coupon which is just 10 attack.

From my experience opening hundreds of boxes, only santa shining box and luck bag gives 1.5 exp coupon.

The tempest boxes never gave 1.5x exp coupons. Only the santa and black dragon ones, which are now gone.
