Follow up question, Does the damage buff still work for Phantom if they use the skill, then switch off? It would be very useful at Empress if this is the case.

Yes, it's like Threaten, monster debuffs always stick to the monster.

However, I'm pretty sure there's a problem with it. The last few times I've tried it, the parrot didn't appear over Empress anymore. Don't think it works now.

Hmm... When I was fighting Zakum (when it wasn't glitched) with my corsair for the very first time, I noticed that the parrot wasn't appearing as well.

Good, so now we have both Parrottargetting and Wings broken. Rolleyes

The parrot not appearing might just be a visual glitch since I have noticed a damage increase and the homing effect when I use Bullseye Parrottargeting.

Even if it's a visual glitch I would still like to point out that parrottargeting is actually a self buff, not a monster debuff (similar to how Harry Potter's wand is buffed against Voldemort, Voldemort is not weakened, Harry got buffed).

You die, effect gone.

You go out from the map it's gone as well.

You get dispelled, parrot flies.
