Do Hyper Skills Use Regular SP Points?

I've been getting mixed messages everywhere I ask so I figured if anyone would know it would be you guys. Some people are saying that the reason why there is so much left over SP in 4th job is that they are for the hyper skills we are presumably getting sooner than later..

They mess up way to often with leftover SP or not enough SP. Or whatever else.

5th job? Lol, I don't know. I only have about 79 SP on my NL with the Leafre set. That would only be good for about 2 and a half skills unless they decide to release 5th job in the near future while lowering the mastery level of 4th job skills.

i maxed literally everything on my DrK, and still have 20 points more to go.

Well, the only thing I'm missing is MW 30 (currently have MW 19). Everything else is pretty much maxed with the Leafre set. That means I'd have 69 SP leftover at 200 when I'm done.

Because as patch notes said, 4th job is now lvl 100. You've now got 20 extra lvls of SP to play with and they never turned it off at lvl 180.

For the record though, I have 59 free SP this is sure a load of joy to see... This doesn't include leafre set or empress set with everything straight maxed.
