I think it could be dangerous anywhere in the world. I remember that russian prank video were the pranker got shot (which I don't know if it's real)... and I imagine pranks could go wrong anywhere. For instance, this.

Giving it better though I think that's why she'd show up and then retreat (and prolly why they'd prank middle aged+ people). Most people will likely freeze for a moment, then react in some way. Depending on how edited each episode was, she prolly wasn't out more than 20 seconds each time.
