character deck and tempest

With the advancement levels changing, do the rank levels change too? Eg: 100 for s rank instead of 120.

They do, 60 for A, 100 for S.

This means i need to level another mech to 100.
Maybe get the buff duration aswan ability too.

GREAT. I already leveled some characters to 60 in events, now I will have an A deck without even trying!

Based on this this I'd say there's no change, they still level up as they did before.

The third job advancement is now made at level 60 instead of 70. Likewise, the fourth job advancement is made at level 100 instead of 120! Note, these changes do not apply to Knights of Cygnus or Evan.

Level 2, yeah. It gets to 25 all stat, 10% hp, mp. Demon slayer gets to have 15% boss damage from 10%.

Somewhat related, I know it's been asked before but haven't found an answer anywhere, do potential level tiers change with Tempest too? Like would level 61+ items become 3rd tier instead of 71+ or are they unaffected?
