Does the silver mane still cost 30mill? i want to get one...

Its back up to 40 Mil, I think.

Well if no one can give you a definitive answer, you could always try and buy it with only 30 mil in your inventory. If it has gone up you won't be able to buy it.

I bought my Mane for 50mill pretty much the day before they said they were discounting, dont feel too bad.

I can confirm this, I also just obtained my level 70 mount.

If you really want to check that the mount prices are still discounted, put 30 mil in your inventory and talk to the NPC (I forgot his name >_>).
