Where is Back to School NX?

So a couple of weeks ago, they released back to school stuff including Deep Blue Sea Knee Socks, which I wanted on my Merc, but now want them in a couple on my Luminous. In the post below, they said they were permanent 90-day styles, but they aren't in the cash shop. Where'd they go?
