Potential Locks crash the game

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

Using miracle cubes with potential locks (specifically the 10-pack from the cube packages) crashes the game when putting the item into the cube window. I have tried multiple items; they all cause a "maplestory has stopped working" error message. The cubes work fine when used without the locks.

I don't need to use the locks, but it's just annoying.

Ah, so this must've been what my friend meant when he said cubing was crashing his game.
