There are many ways to get game cards for the game that you play. For those of you who don't know, there is a website out there that can do that for you! Please keep in mind that although this website and the way it works is legit, it will take some work to get the tq card. For example, if you're aiming to get a $10 karma card, it will take you about 5 hours of work to get 10 points, and redeem a card with it.
