I've recently started seeing a lot of Rice Cake Hats in deme, and I stumbled upon a Miner's hat during a scroll search. My question is simple... where do they come from? D:<

The upgraded Miner's Hat gives 50 HP and MP. I'd surmise that your purpose for getting such a thing can easily be covered with a Pig Headband.
